Wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes in optimal percentages for the year. After careful selection, the grapes are harvested when they reach full maturity and then be de-stemmed and left to macerate in stainless steel tanks.
Then the maturation and the aging take place in barrels and barriques of French oak for 24 months.
The wine has a dark ruby red color with hints, mainly of ripe plums, berries, jams and vanilla.
This full-bodied wine is characterized by an elegant softness and a long and pleasant back taste.
