The white vinification makes this wine pleasantly fruity.
Over time it takes on a characteristic bouquet of hay, walnut husk and toasted almonds.
Excellent wine off the table, it goes well with herbs, soups, egg dishes and many fish dishes.

It should be served cold at a temperature of 10 °.
