Sparkling wine made with selected Prosecco grapes of the same vintage and the same vineyard.
The wine has a straw yellow color with slight greenish reflections, a symptom of a fresh and fruity product.
The perlage is fine and persistent thanks to the fermentation at controlled temperature and to a slow froth.
The mouth is straightforward with a taste of apple and tropical fruits, while the aromas range from acacia to white rose, from wisteria to hints of exotic fruit.

Excellent as an aperitif.
